Old Wise Woman NPC (oldnewpayon,132,114) allows you to remove any card from Ring of Peace [1] (custom Payon Stories server Accessory obtainable by finishing Payon Undertombs questline).
The cost of removing a card is: 500k zeny + 1 Star Crumb + 1 Yellow Gemstone
- There is a 5% chance to fail [in that case both items and card are safe]
- If you success - only item is safe [card will be lost].
