1. In the north end of the Archer Village, you need to talk to two NPCs, Arpesto (pay_arche 109, 169) and Reidin Corse (pay_arche 103, 165). They will request the following items:
5 Cursed Ruby
30 Pet Food
2. Bring them these items, and they will teach you Phantasmic Arrow
